These terms govern use of the iOS application BijaVault ("the app"), provided by TRADE CENTER, K.K.("the operator"). Using the app means you accept these terms.

The app is a note editor for Markdown. Notes remain on your device as plain files and can be taken out through the Files app. It can also have an AI determine a note's type, title, and tags and write them into the file, and propose merging notes that look similar.
No account is required. Purchased access is tracked by an identifier issued per device.
Data handling is covered by the privacy policy, including the fact that note content passes through the operator's server when the AI features are used.
Reading, searching, and exporting existing notes is always available, whether or not you have purchased anything. Creating new notes and editing their content requires one of the following.
The free period is administered by Apple and converts to a paid subscription automatically when it ends. To avoid that, cancel through the App Store subscription settings before the period ends.
The AI features are available during the free period and while a subscription is active. Watching an ad does not unlock them. The number of AI runs is capped, and runs stop for the remainder of the period once the cap is reached.
Prices and billing periods are those shown on the App Store product page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. To cancel, use the App Store subscription settings before the next renewal date. You keep access for any period already paid for.
Twenty days after the free period ends, or thirty days after a subscription is cancelled, the app resets the note list.Your files are not deleted. They are moved into an Archive folder inside Documents, so you can retrieve them from the Files app at any time.
A notice appears above the list seven days before the reset.
The type, title, description, and tags determined by the AI, and any proposed merges, are suggestions; the operator does not warrant that they are correct. Merges and deletions are carried out only after you confirm them.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
Under Japanese civil law, a person under 18 is a minor. If you are a minor, obtain your guardian's consent before using the app and before making any purchase within it (subscribing, or buying additional processing credits). A purchase made without that consent may be voidable under applicable law.
The app has no age verification, and cannot tell whether a user is a minor. Guardians are asked to supervise use by minors. Purchases and billing are handled by Apple, so enabling Ask to Buy in Family Sharing lets a guardian approve each purchase and download individually.
The app has no feature that publishes a user's notes to other users, and no feature that lets users contact one another.
The operator may revise these terms. A revised version takes effect when published on this page.
These terms are governed by the law of Japan. The Fukuoka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute concerning the app.
